Storage and handling service
Baltic Oil Service Ltd also offers storage services in own tank farm with a total capacity 63,000 m³. All tanks are certified for storing edible vegetable oils and are equipped with heating systems and mixers. The terminal’s pipeline system enables the transfer of cargo from one tank to another, as well as to road, rail, and sea transport.
Loading and discharging marine vessels in the Port of Paldiski South
The terminal has access to non-freezing berth enabling the loading and discharging of Handymax and Panamax-sized marine tankers. The pipeline system from the storage farm to the berth is equipped with heating. The transshipment system fully meets the requirements for loading and discharging vegetable oils, including for food use.
Railway freight transportation
The terminal is equipped with a modern rail loading rack that can loading or discharge up to 12 railcars simultaneously. The terminal’s tracks are connected to a freight rail hub, enabling seamless trains reception and dispatch to neighboring countries. Rail tank cars and platform cars with tank containers on board are accepted for loading or unloading 24/7.
Truck loading rack
The existing vehicle loading system allows for the loading or discharging of tank trucks on a special vehicle rack equipped with scales. Double-sided rack designed for quick and easy loading or discharging simultaneously with two vehicles. Various access and integration options with loading arms and pumping stations.
The convenient location of the terminal near major transport corridors allows for optimal use of road logistics.
Project Logistics
Using modern equipment and technical capabilities, we also offer various types of loading for vegetable oils, including loading oil into flexitanks using sea containers, IBC or drums.
